Many customers feel confused about electronic shelf labels (ESLs):
How can they be used simply without frequent interaction? Is it possible to avoid complex backend integration, server setup, and other complicated processes? The answer is: Yes.

Our team has specifically developed a dedicated mobile app for this purpose. By installing the software on a smartphone, users can directly control the label content via Bluetooth and even manage additional devices beyond just labels, significantly lowering the barrier to entry. Here are its key features:

1. Smart Content Sensing – Labels to Phone
   Simply bring the phone close to the label, and its content will automatically sync to the phone, displayed as a thumbnail for easy viewing.
2. DIY Template Customization
   Users can freely customize label templates to fit their needs.
3. Batch Refresh Support
   How does batch updating work?
   – Method 1: Edit multiple labels consecutively in the app, click “Push,” then place the phone near each tag one by one—they will update sequentially.
   – Method 2: Export label data to Excel, modify on a computer, re-import into the app, and execute a one-click bulk update.
4. Data Synchronization
   In team-based scenarios (e.g., signage management), if multiple users operate the same label under one account, how do you ensure consistency? Our app supports real-time sync, so when User A updates a label, Users B, C, and D will see the same changes instantly, improving collaboration efficiency.
5. Custom Font Support
   If a customer dislikes the default font, they can import their preferred fonts directly from their computer’s font library into the app, enabling personalized label styling.
6. A Creative Workaround: Use Your Phone as a Base Station
   Some users find phone screens too small for efficient editing. To solve this, we developed a “Phone-as-Hub” mode:
   – Open the app, place the phone within label range.
   – Access a web-based management interface from a computer (via URL) to edit, modify, and batch-update labels seamlessly.
7. Coming Soon: Remote Updates via Repeater
