2.4G Electronic Shelf Labels
Effirox electronic price tags are compatible with existing systems (such as POS systems,inventory management systems,etc.. Through APl or other integration methods, stores can easily integrate the electronic labeling system with existing processes.
Effirox ESLs are connected to the central control system via 2.4G wireless technology. When prices, product information or promotions need to be updated, users only need to make changes in the platform, and all the digital labels will be automatically updated within seconds.
We use CR2450 button cell battery pack. Depending on the usage. In a scenario where the digital label is changed 2 times a day, the battery should last for around 5 years. The battery is replaceable, users can replace the battery pack by themselves.
Yes. You can manage more than 1 store with our system via cloud server or local server(computer).
Theoretically, there is no limit to the number of ESL devices that the base station can access. However, in an indoor environment like a supermarket, due to the physical barriers of the walls and pillars, we have verified many times and tested it out that when the number of price tags is around 2000, the base station can exert excellent performance.
The ESL software is designed for chain stores and has no limit on the number of stores. You can expand it indefinitely as long as your server can handle the number of devices.
Our software does not require high server configuration, which can help customers save IT investment.
A server (computer) with a CPU 4 cores, 8GB of memory, and a 100GB hard disk can support 40,000 tags and more than 100,000 products (single store or multiple stores).
Bluetooth E-ink Display
The display connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth and receives updates through our dedicated mobile app. Simply edit the content on your phone and sync it wirelessly—no base station or additional hardware is required.
The display uses a standard CR2450 coin cell battery, which is widely available at most electronics and convenience stores for easy replacement.
Yes! Our app supports batch updates, allowing you to edit and push content to multiple displays simultaneously—perfect for retail price tags or grouped information boards.
Our app can manage up to 30 displays simultaneously from a single device. For larger deployments, we recommend using our 2.4G digital labels.
The display has built-in memory that saves updates only after successful transmission. If interrupted, it will maintain its previous content until the next successful update.
WiFi E-ink Display
The display connects directly to your existing WiFi network, allowing remote updates from both our mobile app and desktop software - no additional base stations or gateways required.
With our ultra-low-power e-ink technology, the display can operate for up to 1 year on a single charge (using rechargeable battery option) under normal usage conditions (5-10 updates per day).
Yes! Our desktop software allows centralized management of multiple displays, including batch updates, template creation, and scheduled content changes across all connected devices.
Yes. The display stores content locally and will maintain the last updated information even when offline. You only need WiFi connection when performing updates.
The display supports WPA2/WPA3 encryption and uses secure protocols for all data transmission to protect your information.

We didn't design an app for the following reasons: Mobile phone compatibility issues often led to device recognition issues. Furthermore, mobile phones are personal belongings and not suitable for long-term use as work devices. Data transmission stability is also a concern, with mobile phones often experiencing data transmission failures, which often creates a poor user experience.
It is Battery free design– no battery anxiety, 10 years of lifespan.
Most NFC card readers do not have the function of writing cards, they can only read cards. In addition, if the NFC communication protocol is different, they are not compatible. It is recommended to purchase our dedicated card reader
