Recently, Effirox Technology joined the Climate Ambition Accelerator (CAA), a program led by the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). This milestone reflects Effirox’s firm commitment to addressing climate challenges and advancing green initiatives, showcasing its leadership and proactive approach in sustainability.

The CAA is an action-oriented capacity-building initiative designed to help companies develop science-based emission reduction targets aligned with the 1.5°C pathway, guiding them toward net-zero emissions by 2050.

Deepening Climate Action Through the CAA Program

During the six-month CAA program, Effirox focused on setting precise climate goals and greenhouse gas (GHG) management strategies. Through systematic learning and knowledge-sharing with industry leaders such as Lenovo and Honor, Effirox deepened its understanding of GHG emissions, the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and net-zero concepts. This initiative empowered Effirox to establish scientifically validated emission reduction targets, ensuring professionalism, efficiency, and foresight in its climate actions—aligned with the Paris Agreement’s objectives.

Effirox’s Commitment to UNGC Principles & SDGs

As a UN Global Compact member, Effirox upholds its Ten Principles and actively supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Adheres to ISO 14040, ISO 14044, and ISO 14067 for product carbon footprint assessments, tracking emissions from raw materials to end-of-life recycling.

75% recyclability rate for its RoHS & WEEE-certified electronic shelf labels (ESLs).

Prioritizes ocean shipping and optimizes load efficiency (≥85%) to reduce emissions.

Establishes overseas pre-warehouses to streamline distribution.

✔ Circular Economy

Enhances product sustainability through eco-design, durable batteries, and e-waste recycling.

✔ Green Office Initiatives

Promotes energy-saving practices, including paper reduction, efficient lighting, and green commuting.

✔ Employee Engagement

Drives eco-awareness via internal campaigns like “Effirox Green Actions”, encouraging low-carbon lifestyles and community volunteering.

✔ Clean Energy & Smart Manufacturing

Adopts renewable energy and automated production to minimize emissions.

Expanding Sustainability Leadership
